Edward’s Steakhouse is owned and operated by ex New York Mercantile Exchange floor trader Dan de la Vega. Beef here is more than a commodity. All your favorite cuts can be found here, 16oz NY Sirlion, 14oz Filet Mignon and a 42oz. Porterhouse sliced and served for two. Edward’s also serves fresh seafood including raw bar selections. Pork, chicken, and even Vegetarian selections are available.
Edward’s serves lunch and dinner Monday through Friday , Dinner only on Saturday. Accomplished Jazz soloist Danny Bacher performs live in the bar area on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Monday thru Wednesday Edward’s offers three and four course Prix Fixe menus.
Edward’s location in the heart of downtown Jersey City is a short two block walk from the Grove Street PATH Station, and the Marin Blvd. Light Rail stop. The Colgate NY Waterway ferry terminal is a short walk away. Validated parking is a available one block north of the restaurant.
